Privacy policy
What we collect
When you submit the application form we store the answers you give us: your name, email, optional phone number, age range, country, social handles, and the details you share about your platforms, availability and goals. We also record the date of submission and basic technical information sent by your browser.
Why we collect it
Solely to review your application and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or pass it to any third party outside the team reviewing applications.
How long we keep it
If we work together, for as long as you are a client and for the period required by tax and contract law afterwards. If we do not work together, we keep your application for six months in case circumstances change, then delete it.
Where it is stored
Applications are stored in a MongoDB database with access limited to the people reviewing them. The site is served over an encrypted connection.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@ourii.com and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.
Age
This site and our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it immediately if we discover we have.
