We built the agency
we wished existed

Ourii started because too many talented creators were signing deals they didn’t understand with people who wouldn’t answer the phone. We thought that was a low bar to clear.

The Ourii team at work

Our story

Five years, one stubborn idea

We started managing creator accounts in 2020, back when “agency” mostly meant one person with a spreadsheet and a promise. We learned the work the slow way: what actually drives subscribers, what retains them, and how much of a creator’s day gets eaten by things that aren’t creating.

The pattern was always the same. The creators who burned out weren’t the ones short on talent — they were the ones doing marketing, customer service, scheduling and legal admin alone at midnight.

So we built the version of this business we’d want to sign with: one named manager, a contract you can read in a single sitting, and numbers reported to you every week whether they’re good or bad.

What we hold to

Four rules we don’t bend

These aren’t values on a wall. Each one is a clause in the agreement you sign.

The contract fits on one page

If a term needs a lawyer to decode, it doesn't belong in an agreement with a creator. Ours is plain English, and we walk you through every line before you sign anything.

Your boundaries are written down

What you will and won't make goes into the agreement, in your words. Nobody on our team gets to renegotiate that later, and nobody will try.

No lock-in

Thirty days' notice and you're out, with every login and archive handed back. An agency that has to trap people isn't earning its cut.

Numbers you can check

You keep access to your own dashboards. Our weekly report tells you what we did and what it earned — you should never have to take our word for it.

Where we’re going

What we’re building next

We’d rather publish our goals and be held to them than keep them vague.

This year

Full anti-piracy coverage for every creator

Automated leak scanning and same-week DMCA filing included as standard, not sold as an upgrade.

Next 2 years

Move creators off rented platforms

Owned mailing lists and direct storefronts, so an algorithm change or a ban can't erase an income overnight.

Long term

Make our terms the floor, not the exception

Publishing our standard agreement openly so creators everywhere have something concrete to compare their own contract against.

The team

The people you’ll actually talk to

Not a support inbox. Real names, real faces, and you’ll know which one is yours before you sign.
